Our time-tested process includes these four disciplined steps:
Step 1: Fact Finding
First, we get to know you. We listen to your goals. We learn about your business situation and get a clear picture of where you are . . . and where you’d like to take your business in the future.
Step 2: Research
Once we’ve mutually agreed to work together, we’ll get busy on developing an action plan for you. In this step, we’ll:
- examine your business assets and liabilities, along with your risk tolerance and time horizons;
- conduct a policy assessment on any insurance you may already own to analyze coverage and identify gaps;
- use capital needs analysis to determine your immediate, intermediate and long-term cash needs—and figure out how much—and what type of—insurance may be right for you, then research possible solutions.
Step 3: Implementation
Of course, once we’ve completed our research, we’ll review the plan we’ve designed just for your business—and show you, step-by-step, specifically how it will help you reach your stated goals.
Step 4: Annual Review
Once the plan has been set in motion, we’ll continuously monitor your progress to make sure you stay on track. We know that situations and needs may also change over time, so we’ll meet with you at least once a year to talk and make necessary changes and updates to your plan.
